the long version

A coffee in no particular hurry.

A soft, honeyed Pink Bourbon with enough ripe fruit to keep the cup lively and enough cocoa to make a second one seem sensible. We roast it lightly, without trying to turn breakfast into an examination.

how we drink it

Start with 18 g coffee to 300 g water, just off the boil. Let it take its time: about three minutes for a balanced filter cup.
