the long version
A coffee in no particular hurry.
High-grown Caturra with a clean pear sweetness, a little toasted almond and a finish that hangs around without asking for attention. This is the coffee we reach for when the marine layer has plans of its own.
how we drink it
Use 20 g coffee to 320 g water for filter, or pull it as a longer 1:2.5 espresso. It is forgiving either way.
