the long version
A coffee in no particular hurry.
A broad, comfortable cup built around cacao and pecan, with orange peel keeping the edges awake. Low tide makes an easy espresso, takes milk kindly and remains perfectly happy in a chipped mug.
how we drink it
For espresso, begin at 18 g in and 40 g out in about 29 seconds. For batch brew, use your usual recipe and change nothing dramatic.
